Domestic Integration

Core Mission:

Support the settlement and integration of vulnerable low-income immigrants and refugees in Canada.

Operational Objectives:
  1. 01Advance education for children and youth through after-school programs, including homework clubs, summer camps, and educational exchange programs.
  2. 02Relieve poverty by delivering innovative programs that promote meaningful employment and socioeconomic empowerment.
  3. 03Address and prevent challenges facing children and youth through innovative programs that build career readiness, life skills, and civic engagement.
  4. 04Develop innovative, evidence-based programs that empower immigrant and refugee children, youth, and families to settle and integrate successfully in Canada.
  5. 05Sponsor refugees to come to Canada.

INTERNATIONAL PROGRAMS

Health Equity & Resilience

Core Mission:

Promote health among vulnerable and low-income populations in Africa by addressing the social and economic causes of health inequities.

Operational Objectives:
  1. 01Increase household income by strengthening the innovation, productivity, and profitability of women-led businesses.
  2. 02Support community-based initiatives that improve the health and well-being of low-income and vulnerable populations.
  3. 03Promote food security by expanding access to climate-smart and sustainable agriculture practices, training, seeds, tools, micro-loans, and food-for-work programs.
  4. 04Launch and support community-based social enterprises, and promote entrepreneurship by connecting potential entrepreneurs with markets, venture philanthropists, and low-interest microcredit.
  5. 05Advance education, employment, and socioeconomic empowerment for women, vulnerable children, and youth through gender-responsive initiatives, scholarships, vocational training, resource centers, and exchange programs.
  6. 06Promote peace, deliver emergency relief, and support psychosocial well-being and health promotion in fragile communities affected by conflict and disaster.
